How to Prevent Fraud?
The following rules and restrictions have been implemented on the 1xSlots website to minimize fraud:
- If the security service has suspicions about the honesty of a particular player, it can conduct a check and temporarily limit his access to the account;
- All players are allowed to have only one account. Re-registration is prohibited. If access to the old account was lost, it can be restored;
- Only adult users are allowed to register. To play slots and other games of chance, you must be at least 18 years. An attempt to cheat the administration will lead to the blocking of all accounts of the offender;
- Withdrawal of funds is possible only to the electronic wallets and bank cards belonging to the user. It is forbidden to use other people’s details;
- For all payment systems there are individual limits for minimum and maximum deposits and withdrawals.
Also to ensure the safety and to prevent fraud, the administration may require the user to pass a full verification. In this case, it is necessary to confirm the contact information, fill out a profile and send photos of identity documents for verification.
If as a result of checking the player’s actions it is found that he was engaged in fraud and money laundering, information about this violation will be transferred to law enforcement authorities along with the personal data of the offender.
